Cancellation and the right to return goods and services

Right of Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or has. You can use the enclosed sample revocation form, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

The Consequences of Revocation 
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we shall use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You shall return the goods without delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your revocation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal or premature expiration
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is determined by an individual selection or determination by the consumer or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded; for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur has no influence on; for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts. The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their sealing has been removed after delivery; for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery; for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
