Prices, shipping costs and delivery areas
The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. The shipment will be sent as a complete delivery.
We deliver across Europe, Switzerland and the UK. If you live outside of our standard delivery area and would like to order a book, we would be happy to hear from you: office@augenblickderkinder.com.
The delivery takes place via the normal postal route – the Austrian Post is the shipping service provider.
Shipping within Austria is free of charge.
The shipping costs to the European Union are € 5.90 instead of € 9.90.
The shipping costs to Switzerland und nach Great Britain are € 5.90 instead of € 9.90.
The shipping flat rate includes the statutory value added tax. Since the value added tax is calculated on the shipping flat rate depending on the purchased goods, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower sales tax rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping flat rate can only be finally calculated as part of the ordering process. It can however not be higher, but only lower to your advantage.
Delivery time
Delivery times for shipping within Austria:
We will ship stocked or immediately deliverable books immediately after receipt of your order or at the latest within 3 working days. For delivery by our external shipping company, a maximum of 3 working days must be taken into account from the time the package is handed over. After the online order is handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery times for shipping to the EU:
We will ship stocked or immediately deliverable books immediately after receipt of your order or at the latest within 3 working days.
Delivery through our external courier service is expected to take up to 7 working days after handing over the package. After handing over your online order to the delivery service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
For shipping to Switzerland and the UK
Stocked or immediately available books will be shipped as soon as we receive your order, or at the latest within 3 working days. Delivery through our external courier service is expected to take up to 8 working days after handing over the package. After handing over your online order to the delivery service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
